When I got the call from Mind Methods creative marketing agency to shoot content for Ready Group, I couldn’t wait to get stuck in. A two-day shoot packed with commercial trucks, high-tech equipment, and industrial landscapes was something a bit different for me—and let’s be honest, who doesn’t love a good challenge?
Ready Group, a leader in non-destructive excavation, liquid waste management, and a bunch of other impressive civil services, was rebranding their website and online presence. This meant they needed fresh, unique branded content that truly represented the scale and precision of their work.
With my assistant by my side and a talented drone operator in tow, we set out to bring Ready Group’s fleet and services to life. Shooting heavy machinery was no small feat, but it was incredibly satisfying. The size, complexity, and sheer power of their trucks made for dynamic compositions, while the drone allowed us to capture the action from incredible angles.
Over the course of the project, we documented everything from powerful vacuum trucks to streamlined street sweepers, all in action. The result? A collection of bold visuals that tell the Ready Group story—innovative, reliable, and built to handle the toughest jobs.
This project reminded me why I love what I do. Whether it’s capturing the elegance of a café’s brunch spread or the grit and power of industrial services, every shoot has a story. And with the right team and a bit of creativity, those stories shine.
